Veryyyy soon, my precious. Okay, jokes aside, we're working toward getting our first fundraiser on the road. Granted, it's taken a while, what with all the setbacks we have gotten along the way, but it's coming. We're making calls, hitting the streets, and bringing it on, dear (nonexistent) reader.
Anyway, to anyone who is actually reading this, go ahead and take a look at our GoFundMe and our t-shirt campaign, meantime. We'll handle the rest. Melody Matlack Founder

We're about to have our first meeting!
It's pretty small- only six people can make it, myself included- but we'll make it work. Finally, we can go over semantics and other details that hadn't been brought up. Most pressing, though, is that we're going to try and contact a potential philanthropist during said meeting. Misha Collins, a popular actor on Supernatural and a founder of a charity in his own right, has replied to others on Twitter before. We're hoping he'll do it again. Anyway, to the mostly-nonexistent readers of this blog, wish us luck! Melody Matlack Founder So, as it happens, creating a charity organization isn't easy. I don't know what I expected. Still, it's coming along, albeit slowly.
Anyway, our members might start posting stories about their own struggles with depression here, as well as poems, support, and random thoughts. Most things here will be centered around mental health and support. Consider us to be an extremely unofficial field office of the ADAA. We've applied for philanthropy at Chipotle and are waiting for it to go through. Wish us luck. Melody Matlack Founder Hello, and welcome to our blog.
Here we will post info on new fundraisers, events, and ideas whenever we come by them, as well as some updates on our progress toward our goal of $2,000. Our campaign has yet to begin thus far, but it will very soon. Until then, stay tuned. -Project: Fallen Angel |
